  • We recognise that everyone is different. You may want to have your say in a different way from another of our residents.

  • We want you to be involved at a level that suits you and give you as many ways as possible to have your say in how we run our service for you.

Improving our services

We want to improve the services we provide you. One of the ways we are doing this is by introducing a new database, known as a housing management system, to record your information.The new system will be launched in spring next year and will include a residents’ portal which will allow you to:

• Request repairs and monitor progress
• View rent statements and update your details
• Receive a texting service for appointments
