More than just a landlord strategy

Our board recently approved our More than just a landlord strategy. It sets out the initiatives we hope to develop beyond providing a housing management and maintenance service.

This includes:

• worklessness – career development, training, preparing CVs, helping people back to work, and apprenticeships;
• anti-poverty – working with credit unions and helping
  people to manage their money better; and
• signposting residents to projects in Tower Hamlets, such as healthy living.
