Salary: £21,528-£26,731 (inclusive Inner London Weighting) plus CARE pension scheme)

Working at our sheltered housing scheme for Somali Elders, Bustaan Radaa, you will be responsible for the overall management, including the welfare of the residents and the general condition of the premises. You will also be responsible for providing proving support to Somali elders at Mosque Tower (over 55s sheltered scheme).

You will be a self-starter with experience of working with and caring for elderly people. The post demands enthusiasm, commitment and initiative to enable our residents to live as independently as possible in a supported environment. You must be able to communicate fluently in Somali.

The successful candidate will be subject to an enhanced Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) check, as you will be working closely with our residents.
