£22,685 – £27,660 (inclusive Inner London Weighting; pay award pending) plus SHPS CARE pension scheme and subsidised private health care package.

As the Treasury & Capital Accounting Officer we are offering an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual to play a key role in the continuing success of Gateway Housing Association. You will assist with the efficient and effective operation of the treasury and capital accounting functions of the Association.

You will play a key role in maintaining the fixed assets, development and loan databases and in ensuring that adequate systems, processes and records are kept for the treasury and capital accounting functions.

You will have a commitment to customer service and team working, ideally with an understanding of the voluntary sector. You will have excellent communication skills and a demonstrable track record of responding positively to change and delivering excellent results.
