A building defect is the failure of a component of a building, the poor performance of materials and inadequate workmanship. It is your responsibility to report what you think may be a defect. How do I report a defect?

If you think you have a defect in your property then you are advised to call our Customer Services Team on 020 8709 4300 in the first instance. You will be asked some questions to make sure it is a defect and not a standard repair which as a leaseholder you would be responsible for.
