We provide general needs and sheltered affordable rented housing.
We aim to provide our residents with a high quality housing management and maintenance service. We are committed to providing accessible, flexible and value for money services to all of our residents.

We provide services that are relevatnt to all local cultures and communities, whilst aiming for integration and cohesion. It is important to us that we put the needs of our communities and residents first and will listen and engage with our residents and communities to respond to new housing needs in east London.

We will improve services to residents by:

  • making sure our office is fully accessible and meets all current regulations;
  • tackling antisocial behaviour;
  • improve the contact our residents have with us through our customer service team;
  • ensuring our website is kept up to date;
  • responding positively to complaints;
  • updating our policies and procedures;
  • improving rent collection;
  • improving quality and providing value for money and
  • increasing residents' influence through resident involvement.

If you would like to become a resident with us, you first need to be on the Tower Hamlets Common Housing Register.
