Our Lettings team

Our lettings team deals with letting our empty properties and maintaining the transfer list.

This involves:

• liaising with Choice Based Lettings and the Council;
• making sure we have accurate information about the properties we are letting;
• producing internal reports about our lettings performance;
• reviewing and updating the transfer list;
• keeping the amount of time it takes to re-let a property to a minimum;
• providing advice and support to residents who are on our transfer list;
• allocating nominations to our properties from the council;
• assisting with decanting.
