£28,000 - £30,000 per annum

Gateway is a well established community based housing association with just under 3000 properties primarily in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets. Our early formation goes back to 1926 when we began life as Bethnal Green Housing Association.  

Our mission is to provide great housing, support and care for people in East London. We primarily provide social housing including rented homes and shared ownership. And we have the largest stock holding of housing for older people in Tower Hamlets which includes 16 sheltered housing schemes. We want to build a reputation for being amongst the best while remaining commercially astute. 

We are currently seeking an experienced PA. You will need to demonstrate a range of competencies that will include strategic thinking, team working and excellent communications skills.  As well as completing administrative tasks and leading on internal/external stakeholder management, you will be expected to work constructively with the Executive Management Team, Board/Committee members and act as a brand ambassador.

You will have excellent organisational, administrative and IT skills, be a highly proficient minute-taker, and able to work well under pressure. A key requirement will be your ability to project manage and handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion. Some evening and weekend work will also be required.
