We are currently putting together our annual report to residents. This year, we must include information about the Tenant Services Authority’s new standards, how Gateway is meeting the standard and how we are measuring compliance with the standards. You can find out more from the TSA’s website.

We have put together a short survey to find out your views about what we should include in the annual report.
