Gateway inspection announced

Gateway to receive Short Notice Inspection

The Audit Commission have announced that they will be carrying out a Short Notice Inspection of Gateway Housing Association, beginning on 14 October 2009. This will last for three days.

The inspectors will be looking at three areas of our service:

• Responsive repairs
• Gas servicing
• Income management

Plus three cross-cutting areas:

• Value for Money
• Equality & Diversity
• Access for Customers

The inspectors have asked to speak to some of our residents and staff.

We will receive an their report in mid-November and will be able to prepare a response and action plan.
