Residents' profiling

Last year we carried out a large residents' profiling execise to find out the needs of all our reisdents, and to make sure those who live there are actually the tenants.

If you did not complete a profile form and would like to do so, or there have been changes to your household, please contact your housing officer.

We are continuing to profile our residents on an annual rolling programme - each housing officer will survey 25% of their patch each year.
