Win prizes for filling in a survey!

We are in the process of sending out our STATUS survey.

This is a survey we send to all of our reisdents every two years. We ask questions that give us a detailed picture of what you think about the housing service we provide. We use your feedback and comments to help share and improve our services, as it identifies where you think we could do better.

It is very important that you complete and return your surveys - they more we receive back, the more accurate the results will be!

So please fill it in and let us know what you think!

This year, the survey will be run by the National Housing Federation, who are completely independent of Gateway and will not pass on any personal details to us, so you can be assured we will not know who says what. They will analyse the data and give us a detailed report on the results, which will be presented to the Residents' Panel and the Board.
