Residents from Gateway helped identify antisocial behaviour, improving repairs and providing value for money as the top priorities at the Tower Hamlets Housing Forum (THHF) conference in January.

Once 'co-regulation' is introduced, residents will be able to monitor and compare landlords' performance.
