Gateway is part of the North River Alliance (NRA), a syndicate of housing associations formed to build new developments in north and east London.

The NRA is a preferred partner of the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA), which means that we are allowed to apply for funding from the government to build new homes.

Between April 2008 and March 2009, the North River Alliance achieved the top 25% of performance in every measure except one (low cost home ownership completions - most were switched to affordable rent because of the financial situation). This is out of all the developing housing associations in London.

This is a massive achievement, well done to everyone involved.
