Your MyGateway portal can now do more

Lots of Gateway residents are benefitting from our online resident portal, MyGateway. The portal allows you to report repairs and pay your rent with just a few clicks. 

We are continuing to improve our portal to get the best out of it for you.

We are pleased to announce that a range of new features are now live. You can now:

  • Book an appointment to see your rent or housing officer
  • Report anti social behaviour
  • Request a visit or inspection from Homeworks or a surveyor
  • Watch sign up videos about repairs, rent and housing
