Equality and diversity

Updated: 11 May 2011

We believe that the services we provide should be available to people from all sections of the community.

No-one should be at a disadvantage because of their race, colour, ethnic backgroup, religious beliefs, age, sex, sexuality, appearance, physical disability or marital status.

We work to policies that make sure we consider equality and diversity in how we manage the services we provide and in how our staff provide those services.

To provide equal access to our services, we can translate information into your language and we use interpreters through Language Line when they are needed. If you need a translation of any document, please contact us or call 020 8709 4300.

We also carry out regular ethnic monitoring and provide diversity training for all staff.

We do not accept any form of harassment and you would be breaking your tenancy agreement if you harassed anyone. For more information or to report harassment, please click here.
