Code of Practice award

We successfully achieved the Code of Practice standard from the Centre for Sheltered Housing Studies. This was for all the schemes we owned before the transfer of the sheltered housing from the Council.

This recognises the excellence of our management, including the work of the scheme managers.

The Code ensures high standards across all aspects of the service provided to residents. The Code is awarded for three years, after which we will be re-assessed.

In the meantime, we will be working towards achieving the Code of Practice standard for the transferred sheltered schemes, involving both staff and residents.
