Diversity Strategy

Our Diversity Strategy is now available. It was approved by the Board on 31 March 2010. We now have a new Board Diversity Champion, Rashid Teladia.

What is Diversity all about?

Diversity is what makes people different. As a social housing provider, we provide services to meet the needs of all our residents. For example, if you are blind or partially sighted, we can provide information on tape or in Braille if you ask us to, so it is accessible to you. Or if you don't speak English, you can ask us to provide a translator so you can understand what we are saying.

New Diversity Champion

The Board has appointed Rashid Teladia as Diversity Champion. Rashid joined the board in March 2010 and brings with him a wealth of social housing experience. As Diversity Champion he will work with staff to make sure we achieve the strategy.
