New tenancy conditions

We are inviting all our tenants to sign a new tenancy agreement.

This is because the merger of BGVPHA and Labo gave us the opportunity to update the tenancy agreements to include recent changes to legislation. The new tenancy conditions will help us make sure that all tenants have the same rights and responsibilities.

We still have a lot of work to do to complete the project.

We will send you an appointment to come to the office and sign the new tenancy conditions. You can let us know any reservations and ask any questions at the appointment.

We will also send you a fact sheet telling you the differences between the old and new tenancy conditions.
