Service charge consultations - leaseholders

Following a request by the Leaseholders' Forum, we carried out consultation meetings for every shared ownership scheme about the 2010/11 service charges.

Shared owners and leaseholders were sent the suggested service charge budgets in advance. The meetings gave them the opportunity to come along and ask us any questions about their service charge.

Some meetings were well attended by leaseholders. If people were not able to attend in person, they were able to send comments or concerns by email or telephone.
