Estate Inspectors

The Resident Estate Inspection team are responsible for carrying out inspection on estate services on behalf of residents to ensure Gateway are meeting the same priorities as those residents living on the schemes.

The team has developed a terms of reference outlining how it will operate and each member is receiving training on how to carry out an inspection and any health and safety issues when on site.

The team visit the following the schemes every eight weeks: Betty May Gray House, Pier Street, Manchester Road, Ferry Street, St Hubert House, John Tucker House, Purdy Street, Arrow and Edgar Road, Compton Close, Dalo Lodge, Burgess Street, Appian Court, Vic Johnson House, Ruth Court, Lawrence Close, Regency Court, Hugh Platt House, Bustaan Rada, Rochester Court, Ted Roberts House and Mandela House.
