Focus groups

We are committed to improving our services.

We value feedback from our residents who have had first hand experience of our service.

We are always looking for resident volunteers to attend one-off Focus Group meetings to let us know how improvements can be made to the services we provide.

Meetings are held during the day or in the evening so everyone who wants to be involved can be. Some groups are women-only.
