Your tenancy agreement is an important legal document, so you should keep it in a safe place. If you lose it, let us know and we will send you another copy.
Your agreement sets out our rights and responsibilities as your landlord, and your rights and responsibilities as one of our residents.
The type of tenancy you have is printed on the front of the agreement. The main legal differences are betweens secure and assured tenancies, but we try to treat everyone the same if possible. The other main difference is in the way we set your rent.
