Repairs and Maintenance Panel
The Repairs and Maintenance Panel is new and forms part of Gateway's resident governance structure. It's the main resident consultation body monitoring Gateway’s repairs and maintenance service.
The Repairs and Maintenance Panel works with Gateway as a service user improvement panel, monitoring how repairs are delivered and making recommendations to help us to improve our performance.
The Panel aims to:
- Work with Gateway on matters relating to the repairs services with the joint aim of driving continuous improvement.
- Monitor and scrutinise repairs key performance indicators (KPIs), value for money and service delivery.
- To be involved and make suggestions on repairs and maintenance policy reviews
The Repairs Panel meets quarterly and is open to all Gateway residents
TIME RATING: 2 HOURS EVERY 3 MONTHS
