The Repairs Panel is a newly formed panel and is part of the resident governance structure of Gateway. The panel is the main consultative body which monitors the performance of Gateway’s repairs and maintenance service.
The Repairs Panel’s main purpose is to work with Gateway as a service user improvement panel to monitor how the repairs services are delivered and make recommendations to drive up performance.
The Panel's remit is to:
- Work with Gateway on matters relating to the repairs services with the joint aim of driving continuous improvement.
- Monitor and scrutinise repairs key performance indicators (KPIs), value for money and service delivery.
- To be involved and make suggestions on repairs and maintenance policy reviews.
The Repairs Panel meets quarterly and is open to all Gateway residents.
