Fastlaners- A Young Foundation Initiative
A fantastic Opportunity for Graduates who are out of work or underemployed.
The Fastlaners programme is a free intensive, engaging and challenging employability programme for graduates who are unemployed or underemployed. If you are a graduate, Fastlaners will sharpen your practical career skills, give you access to new networks and equip you with the tools you need to navigate yourself into the world of work.
The programme empowers graduates with the skills they need to make the transition from education to employment. At Fastlaners, we understand the importance of soft skills and hard skills, both are needed to thrive in the work place. From CV writing to networking, effective communication to covering letters, application forms to the perfect handshake, the Fastlaners programme has been designed to develop and support the crucial skills graduates need to succeed in the workplace.
Any graduate, any degree, any background: Fastlaners can provide you with the real-life skills needed after university.
To be eligible you must:
• Be a UK or EU citizen; asylum seekers are allowed
• Have graduated within the last five years
• Be able to commit full-time for a two week course
• Preference will be given to residents of Tower Hamlets, and other east London boroughs
