Job Enterprise and Training Service

Disability and Health Employment Specialists support residents of Tower Hamlets who consider themselves to have a disability or a long term health condition into training and employment.

Residents are allocated an employment advisor who will support them to register with us, write a CV, job search and learn interview techniques. They also provide training courses and one to one support from job coaches who can support residents in their work place while on a supported work placement programme or in paid employment.
