Residents' Forum

The Residents' Forum meets regularly to discuss issues that matter to residents.

meeting The Residents' Forum is open to all Gateway residents. It meets regularly with senior managers to discuss and participate in the association's decision-making processes.

The Residents' Forum's main responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing Gateway's policies and procedures
  • Improving services for residents
  • Helping to achieve Best Value
  • Monitoring Gateway's performance
  • Having a say in Gateway's future direction
  • Increasing opportunities for residents to be heard
  • Managing the Community Chest grant
  • Managing the Environmental Improvement grants.

We provide support, including training, advice and resources if you want to become a member of the Residents' Forum.

How to join the Residents' Forum

The Residents' Forum is open to all residents. Below is a list of duties and a person specification. On signing up, members agree to follow the Code of Conduct and Terms of Reference, which were agreed by the Forum during 2008.

If you would like to become a member of the Forum, please fill in an application form and return it to Mo Ali, Resident Involvement Manager.
