In this section you can find out more about what services you can expect from us, what sort repairs and maintenance we provide to leaseholders, how to buy more shares of your home (staircasing) or re-mortgage and about service charges.

We also have Leaseholders' Forum to consult with leaseholders. This is the main way you can get your collective voice heard and make sure Gateway is addressing the issues leaseholders face. The Leaseholders' Forum played a key role in approving the new Handbook for shared owners and leaseholders (published May 2009).
