Keeping your home in good condition

We are committed to providing an excellent repairs and maintenance service.

It is our responsibility to make sure that the outside of your home is in good condition and to repair fixtures and fittings inside your home, such as kitchen units, pipes and heating systems. In this section you can find some handy hints and tips on simple DIY and reducing condensation.

Every year we are legally required to carry out a gas-safety check on all gas appliances we own in your home.

We must also carry out regular major work to your home. This could include, for example, replacing your kitchen or bathroom or your central-heating boiler.

We can also arrange for aids and adaptations to your home.
