External decorations

Over the next six months we will be carrying out external decorations (including painting the outside of proeprties, including windows frames and doors) or internal decorations at the properties in the list below.

2011-12 External Decorations (111 KB)

We aim to:

• Redecorate external areas every seven years
• Publicise the annual cyclical redecoration programme
• Consult you where possible and aim to confirm any choices (for example about which tiles or flooring you prefer) before the work begins
• Let you know the scope of works and the contractor’s details by letter before work start.
• Ask our contractors to let you know the start date of the work
• Ask you to fill in a satisfaction survey

We ask that you:

• Clear the area where the work is taking place
• Allow the contractor access to do the work
• Are tolerant of any disruption that the work may cause
• Fill in the satisfaction survey within one week.
