Paying your rent

We offer a wide range of rent payment options.

From your bank account

Direct debit Direct debits and standing orders allow us to collect regular payments from your bank account.
Please contact us to set this up.

Online at allpayments.net

AllpayYou can pay your rent at www.allpayments.net using a credit or debit card.
Simply log on, enter your rent payment card number and follow the instructions.

By phone

old style phoneYou can also pay your rent over the phone. Call 0870 243 6040 and follow the instructions. You will need your rent payment card and debit card to hand when calling. When asked to enter your allpay.net account number you should enter the 19 digit number on the front of your rent payment card.

By text

SMSYou can now pay your rent by text. Click here to set up your text payment account, including your 'text code', bank details and password.

When you have set up your account you can text 'pay' along with the code you set up, the amount you want to pay and your password (this will be the last four digits of your bank card) to 81025. We will send you a confirmation text.
