Working for Gateway

Gateway Housing Association is an ambitious London based housing association with over 3,000 homes. Our purpose is to provide great homes for people in East London and to support local communities to thrive. We have just launched our new three-year Strategy ‘Unlocking Performance’ and aim to deliver another 390 homes by 2023. We also run our own in-house maintenance service, Gateway Homeworks.

Our vision is that People will want to live in a Gateway home and people will want to work at Gateway. We work at PACE – Proud, Ambitious, Customer Focused, and Enthusiastic and are looking for people to join us that can work to these values.

In line with the current government advice relating to COVID-19 (Coronavirus) and the need to reduce nonessential contact with others, our recruitment processes may take a little longer due to other duties and hiring managers availability.

If your application is shortlisted, interviews may be delayed or conducted via telephone or video call (where possible). All shortlisted candidates will be advised on the next steps and we will work together to determine the most suitable option.

If you are successful in securing a position with Gateway Housing Association, we may need to delay your start date. We will work with each candidate to discuss alternative solutions.

Thank you for your understanding.
