Gateway has asked MEL Research, an independent research company to gather your views on your homes, neighbourhood and the quality of services we provide. Your feedback will help shape and improve services to you, so please do take a few minutes to complete the survey form. You can then return it in the pre-paid envelope that has been provided to you.


Alternatively, there is the possibility of a telephone interview where translators can be provided or completing the survey online.


Please fill in as much as you can and return the completed survey in the Freepost envelope provided. Alternatively, you can complete the survey online, or by scanning the QR code on your letter. You will need your MEL ID which can be found at the top of your letter.


The opinion of all residents counts, so even if you have just moved into your home, we would still like to hear from you. A summary of the survey results will be published in our Gateway Gazette magazine, and Open Door e-zine, as well as being on the Gateway website.


Everyone who returns a survey will be entered into a prize draw to win one of three shopping vouchers worth £500, £300 and £200.
