Your Resident Services Team
Jake Francis - Property Officer joined Gateway in December 2019 as a Property Officer. He will visit our estates, carrying out monthly inspections of the communal areas, which involves reporting repairs, caretaking standards, and any health and safety concerns. The inspection dates will be put up on noticeboards in blocks and a text message will be sent to let you know when we’ll be on the estate. So please feel free to join Jake on an inspection, or to talk to him about anything estate related.
Grace Okon - Housing Officer has a wealth of experience and has been working with Gateway since 2007. Grace is in regular contact with the residents on her patch, helping vulnerable residents, who need extra support or care by signposting to services such as Social Services, Age Concern, and Citizens Advice Bureau. As well as ensuring a positive relationship with internal and external partners to promote and provide good housing services, e.g. making referrals for residents, and their family to our internal jobs and training support programme.
Lorraine Bayley - Housing Officer joined Gateway in December 2019 as a Housing Officer. She has been familiarising herself with the patch she covers and residents. Lorraine has been helping those who need support with their tenancy, mutual exchanges, successions, and other tenancy changes. Over the next couple of months, she will be checking the correct process for reporting missed waste collections to the Local Authority, giving general updates and information to tenants, and monitoring the use of existing allocated parking bays to identify and reduce levels of misuse. Stuart Cuthill - ASB Coordinator joined Gateway in September 2018. He actively investigates numerous Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) cases from low to high forms of ASB. Gateway wants our communities to be free of ASB, but we understand that this does not always happen, and the impact it has on your life. We understand that when you contact us about ASB you want it to be resolved quickly. Stuart focuses on supporting Resident Services to do this through working with other landlords, and the police, case management, early intervention, and enforcement.
