Scrutiny Panel helps us shape services
We are proud of our Scrutiny Improvement Panel members, who each play an invaluable role in representing their fellow resident’s views on the work we do. The feedback, challenge and support they provide is an important part of ensuring that residents are at the heart of everything we do. The next Scrutiny project up for review by the panel is Complaints. This review will be run by two teams, led by Laura Newey and Aminul Hoque.

Our Scrutiny Panel is always looking for new people to get involved, in particular, a young person, a Leaseholder/Shared Owner and a General Needs Tenant.
