Gateway Housing Association is the parent organisation and a registered provider of social housing. As the parent organisation, Gateway Housing Association sits at the centre of the group.

Gateway Living Ltd is Gateway Housing Association’s development and commercial subsidiary. It is part of the Gateway Group and is wholly owned by Gateway Housing Association. The company is currently dormant.Victoria Park Housing Developments Ltd
Victoria Park Housing Developments Ltd is our design and build subsidiary. It is part of the Gateway group and is owned by Gateway Housing Association.
