Gateway operates as a group consisting of:
- Gateway Housing Association (Parent) - a registered provider of social housing
- Gateway Living Ltd - a development and commercial subsidiary
- Victoria Park Housing Developments Ltd - a design and build subsidiary
The Parent Board is the ultimate governing body and is responsible for :
- Setting the Group’s strategic direction
- Overseeing risk
- Approving key policies
- Ensuring regulatory compliance across all organisations
