Tower Hamlets is an area where affordable housing is in great demand.

You can become a tenant of Gateway by joining London Borough of Tower Hamlets Common Housing Register.

We do not have a direct application system and you must bid for properties.

In Tower Hamlets there are four categories of applicants called ‘community groups’.

These group were set up so that we can allocate housing fairly. How soon you are offered a home depends on the group you are placed in.
