Below is a list of forms that will help you process changes to your tenancy.

Please return completed forms to our Head Office.

Housing Forms

1.    Application to the housing list

This form must be completed if you would like to join the housing list via Tower Hamlets Homeseekers.

2.    Application for mutual exchange

Application for Mutual Exchange

This form must be completed when you have found a partner to swap homes with. You must wait for a written permission before you move.

3.    Application for succession

Application for Succession

This form must be completed when a tenant dies and where a husband, wife, civil partner or other family member may have the right to ‘inherit’ the tenancy. Your housing officer will confirm you have the right to succession.

4.    Application for parking permit (drive ways and car bay)

Application Form for Bay & Driveway Permit

This form must be completed to apply for a parking permit. If you are eligible, you will be able to park on your driveway or in a car bay.

5.    Application to install a satellite dish

Application to Install Satellite Dish

This form must be completed if you wish to install a satellite dish in your property. You need to let us know before doing any installation.

6.    Application to keep pets

Application to Keep Pets

This form must be completed to get permission to keep pets in your property. If nuisance occurs, tenant’s permission will be withdrawn and you will arrange alternative home for the animal.

7.    Application to terminate your tenancy

Termination of Tenancy Form

This form must be completed to end your tenancy with Gateway. You are required four weeks notice to terminate your tenancy.

8.    Application for miscellaneous lets

Application for Misc Lets

This form must be completed if you would like to rent a shed, garage, car parking bay or space.

9.    Changes to your tenancy

Change to your tenancy

This form must be completed if you would like to add, remove or change someone in your tenancy as a joint tenant, occupant etc.
