Data Subject Access Requests 

As a customer, you have the right get a copy of your personal data and other additional information. This is called a subject access request or ‘SAR’. You can make SARs verbally or in writing. Once you make a SAR, we will send you confirmation of your request. The information requested will be sent to you within 30 days.

On some occasions data may be withheld under Data Protection laws.  We allow a third party, such as a solicitor or someone with power of attorney, to make a SAR on behalf of another person. To do this, we would need written permission from the data subject/person who has appointed the third party with photographic evidence.

There may be situations where we need extra time to respond to a SAR, or in some cases, we may need to refuse access to personal information.
