There are lots of ways to pay your rent. The quickest and easiest way to pay is online or via our MyHome Portal.
How to pay your rent online
You can pay your rent at www.allpayments.net using a credit or debit card.
Following this link will take you to another website. This is a secure site.
You can log on, enter your rent payment card number and follow the instructions.
Pay your rent using the MyHome portal
You can view and query your rent statement through our online resident’s portal, MyHome.
This will take you to allpay to make your payment. MyHome will also allow you to log and track your repairs and update your personal information.

From your bank account
You can pay your rent by setting up a standing order or direct debit.
To set up a direct debit, complete this form (set up a direct debit ) and send it to us:

By phone
Our staff are trained to take payment over the phone. Simply call 020 8709 4300 with your rent payment card number. You can pay any amount up to £4,000 by credit or debit card. If the bank authorises your payment, we will give you a confirmation number.
By text
You can now pay your rent by text. Click here to set up your text payment account, including your 'text code', bank details and password.
When you have set up your account you can text 'pay' along with the code you set up, the amount you want to pay and your password (this will be the last four digits of your bank card) to81025. We will send you a confirmation text.
