Help with paying your rent 

Our Income Recovery Team is here to support tenants with rent payments, managing rent accounts and accessing financial advice when needed.

We understand that managing household finances can sometimes be difficult, and our team is on hand to offer practical support, guidance and confidential advice.

We also work closely with external agencies and specialist support services, so if we cannot provide the help directly, we can connect you with organisations that can.

To ensure rents remain fair and affordable, we follow guidance set by the Regulator of Social Housing.
