New Payment Process
If you call the office to make a rental payment, the process has changed. We'll no longer take your card details, instead, when asked you will tap the details into your phone yourself.
This is in line with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulations) designed to minimise risk of your card details being exposed. The new system protects you, as we won't have your card details.
