Day-to-day management at Gateway is carried out by our Executive Management Team

• Kate Franklin - Chief Executive Officer
• Becky Utuka -  Director of Development and Sales
• David Hall - Director of Finance, Governance and IT
• Jahanara Rajkoomar - Director of Customer Services

Gateway is governed by a Board of Management, Risk and Audit Committee, and Governance and Personnel Committee. These committees are made up of residents and experienced people from various walks of life and organisations. 

We have the appropriate systems in place to make sure we undertake our work in an open, secure and accountable manner, and feedback to residents and the Regulator of Social Housing regularly.
