As a community housing association our resident engagement is more than just a regulatory requirement but is rooted in our mission to support communities to thrive

We are committed to ensuring that our services are tailored to meet the diverse needs of our community. We want to provide opportunities that engage and involve all our residents because a thriving community is one where everyone's voices are heard.

Following the pandemic, we partnered with the Housing Association and Community Trust (HACT) to advise us on the best practices within the sector and help us reconnect and engage with our residents as we strive to establish Gateway as a community anchor. We're excited to work with recognised community leaders, local housing associations, and social enterprises to improve our community.

At Gateway. We put our customers' safety and wellbeing first- whether at home or out and about in the community. We're thrilled to be approaching our 100th anniversary in 2026 and to have spent the last century making a positive difference in people's lives by providing high-quality homes in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets.
