Chasing Repairs

Starting July 31st, we will launch a new inbox to address homeowners' requests for timely responses regarding pre-booked repairs.

Within two working days, leaseholders and shared owners can check on the progress of their repairs.

Our Customer Services Team will still handle reports of new communal repairs. However, for those who need to follow up on pre-booked repairs, please use our new inbox hocrepairs@gatewayhousing.org.uk.

Our Property Services Team will monitor this inbox daily to ensure prompt attention to your queries.

Please note that this inbox is not for booking repairs. It is only for follow-ups on pre-booked repairs.
