Cleaning
If you notice anything within the communal areas that needs urgent attention we ask that you report it to us by calling 020 8709 4300.
The cleaning of communal areas is carried out on a regular basis which is agreed in advance with your block. This is inclulded in your service charge.
Cleaning can include:
- communal corridors, stairs and landings
- entrance areas (outside and inside)
- communal windows (internal)
- sweeping of car parks and pathways
- bin areas
- other areas specific to your block.
Grounds maintenance
If your scheme or block has a garden, we will provide a regular grounds maintenance service, which is agreed with your block. This is included in your service charge.
Estate inspections
We carry out estate inspections every eight weeks. They are done by the housing officer and a resident representative.
Areas of concern or outstanding issues are reported and the results of the inspections are displayed on the notice board at the scheme.
Areas that are inspected include:
- car parks and garages
- paths and walkways
- estate roads
- bin areas
- entrances
- stairs
- corridors and landings
- other communal areas
