Together with Tenants

Gateway signed the National Housing Federation's Together with Tenants charter in 2023. This initiative outlined a standard approach to working with Tenants for all housing associations. The charter is aimed at Tenants and Gateway would apply these principles to all residents including Leaseholders and Shared Owners.
