Housing Ombudsman Complaint Handling Code
The Housing Ombudsman published a new Complaint Handling Code in March 2022, which set out good practice and allow landlords to respond to complaints effectively and fairly. Landlords have been asked to complete a self-assessment against the code and publish the results.
Online Complaint form
From 13 January 2026, we're changing our residents can submit new complaints so us. We will no longer accept new case enquiries by email. Instead, residents will need to use our online complaint form.
Residents who need support can call us on 0300 111 3000. Our team will help them over the phone or discuss other ways to contact us.
