Completion of 78-home Forest Gate Development
Gateway Housing is thrilled to announce the handover of 140-150 Earlham Grove E7 (also known as Earlham Square). The new development brings 78 affordable new homes to Forest Gate – a combination of nine social rent homes with the remaining 69 homes available through shared ownership.
The Earlham Grove scheme is made up of 20 one-bedroom, 27 two-bedroom and 31 three-bedroom homes and features associated car parking facilities, landscaped communal gardens and cycle bays.
