Delays to some repair requests
Due to national supply issues with building materials, it is currently taking longer than usual to obtain materials/parts for some repair and maintenance works.
This may delay your repair as we must prioritise emergency repairs. We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause.
We are looking at ways to ensure we can deliver the excellent standards of service you can expect from us, and we hope these delays are temporary.
We are working hard to minimise disruptions or delays and apologise for any inconvenience caused. If you have an outstanding repair, we apologise again for the delay and thank you for your continued patience and understanding.
